About
About this site
This site is here to give you, valued clients and readers, the knowledge to help you get the most out of your body and reach your personal fitness goals. You actually have complete control over how you look, how strong (or weak) you are, and how you feel.
You just have to know what you need to do and how to (safely) do it. That’s what I’d like to help with.
In addition to answering your specific questions, this site focuses on losing fat, building strength, eating properly, and how to realistically apply what you learn to your busy lifestyle so that you can get the stronger, leaner, healthier body that you deserve.
Please comment and discuss–feel free to agree, disagree, argue, give your opinion, and share what works for you. I absolutely want to hear what you think. In fact, I want my posts to address your specific questions and concerns.
This is why I encourage you to post comments and send me e-mails. Remember–this is about you.
So welcome to the site! Add me to your RSS here to get updates on your reader.
